OK, I've had my Priv for a while now, and have tried various ways to import my music from a desktop to an SD card on the Priv. Directly connecting the Priv was unbelievably slow for importing. The solution that seemed to work best was to directly connect the SD card via USB to the desktop and import it directly onto the SD. However, Music Play takes the albums and puts them in alphabetical order as opposed to the order of the album and there doesn't seem to be any way to change the sort under settings or elsewhere.

Q1: Is there a better way to copy all the music from the desktop to the SD card?

Q2: Is there any software that might also work to translate native iTunes files to a compatible format? (Can it also apply to movies)?

Q3: Is there any better app?

At least with BB10 everything showed up properly, but I'm getting annoyed at the way Google "functions".

I use doubleTwist. You can install a desktop client too. It can sync everything wirelessly. ITunes and all. Very good.
