    Does the priv have the ability to use voice and data at the same time, without using VoLTE? I know many of the newer Samsung phones only have 1 antenna so if you don't have LTE service you can't do both.

    Yes. Just not on LTE. You'll drop to 4G/H+ which is capable of simultaneous voice/data
