AndroidAuthority put up what appears to be new pics of Venice today, of particular interest are the additional screen of BB apps. It does appear to be almost stock Android tho so perhaps BB isn't going to Hubify,Gesturefy Android. The article mentions there will be quick actions available from keyboard

In the article they say there is a boot screen with the android robot holding a shield. That would be a good name for the device, the BlackBerry Shield.

Why do people leave the clear plastic screen cover on these early device pictures? Just peel the silly thing off so we can get a better idea what it looks like. We always see these screens with a bubble under the plastic, or the edges are partially peeling already, or has that slightly hazy look that dulls the screen.

If they have the hub on the right side of that home button launcher, the muscle memory for that action will be nearly identical to the current BB10 gesture. You just have to swipe up from the center if you don't already.

If there is no hub, I'm not buying in to this, if there is, I just might give it a shot.

The buttons have the same shape as on the Passport, but no confirmation so far.

To be honest MANY BlackBerry fans do not recognize the Hub icon. Because they hide it away and never use it! They use the gesture instead.
