    Just that. I got the notification today so I downloaded the update and tapped install and restart (or reboot or whatever the words were), and now it is not installing, not showing up and when I check for updates it tells me that the system is up to date...
    Any clue?

    BlackBerry PRIV appears to have frozen during reboot upon upgrade from Android 5.0 Lollipop to Android 6.0 Marshmallow

    It says frozen, but the process is applicable here as well.

    It may appear to stall on the install but be patient. LET IT DO ITS thing.
    If you interuppted it follow the instructions in the post below to re-engage the download notification.

    Has there been a storyline with Dr Who turning up with an old BlackBerry? Could work.
