Hi there. I just bought myself a Priv a few days ago and I'm noticing Mic problems. When I answer calls, I can hear the caller but the caller can not hear me. I downloaded the BBVE and it's the second and third mic not working. If I restart the phone they work but for only about a day then the mics fail again. Does anyone know if this is a hardware or software issue? Any help is appreciated.

Thx for your input but I bought it on Kijiji. I have the receipt from the seller an it's only a few months old. If I'm not the original purchaser, does BlackBerry still cover the warranty?

I don't know about that. Can you still get insurance possibly from your carrier? Don't comment about the flaws when you inquire!!!
