    Downloaded the update,

I don't know if any of you actually have battery drain immediately after taking off from the charger , mine used to go to 97 percent almost instantly,

    Marshmallow has fixed this.

    Battery is just beastly .

Heating I'm yet to put through its paces,

But I know for sure my phone has been fixed and if you look at my previous threads, I have been giving this phone hell.

    Damn blackberry killed it .

This phone is beastly now. Currently using the 004 model .

The over heating issue seems to be fixed. I immediately tried the apps that heated up my phone and it's noticeably way cooler. I am a happy camper now.

    Rock'n the Marshmallow boosted Priv!

i had a similar situation, read the thread and do what one of the posters suggested, worked for me but after several attempts, restarting the phone, re-inserting the sim card... good luck!

I'm on Fido in BC, just got mine.

I have a question.. Is there really much to this update? It seems that the hub and all the other app improvements like the camera are already rolled out.

Is there anything more in Marshmellow than the battery improvements?

Don't get me wrong though. Totally love updating my phone. I havent had an OTA update for my BB in a loooong time.

This update is suppose to be really good for the Priv. It's what your phone was meant to run.

There is a long delay in the reboot phase sometimes. When doing os updates, it's very important to let the phone do what it does with what it's got.....
