For me it was the form factor. While I do like it, I hate the case choices. They don't have a lot of case choices for the priv.

The blackberry case works well. I've dropped my phone a few times and luckily haven't had any problems. It also takes care of that squishy back of the phone problem that every one is whining about

I wish the menu for the HUB was more like BB10 with the overflow menu at the bottom. It would make it easier to use single handedly.

I hated the double notifications in the beginning, but I realized you could use the BlackBerry notification icons to sort through your notifications by type by touching the icon. So if you only want to clear out only your Facebook notifications you just need touch the Facebook icon at the top and only those will show and you can clear them out .
