    Hi there

    I have initiated yesterday the update for the PRIV, after accepting the software to be uploaded into the device the screen went off and the blue LED light is flashing repeatedly.
    Nearly 24 hours later the phone is still in the same state. i have already tried to long press the power button for 32 sec however no change. anyone knows what am i facing? please advise

    Contact BlackBerry support or try an autoloader. Something in your OTA is corrupted.
