Just got a private, have an issue where the virtual keyboard stays on the screen while the physical keyboard is open. Can't seem to find the setting to fix this. Still trying to figure out android! Tks

When the virtual keyboard is up, the back button (the triangle in the navigation bar) should be pointing down. Just hit that.

When you go to compose an email......

Do so with the keyboard closed. The virtual will be up.
In the lower right corner will be a small keyboard symbol, just right of the square icon.
Hit it and select the radio tab.

Not sure what you mean about radio tab. But i did figure it out. When selecting the bottom right "keyboard" key on the virtual keyboard, you get language options. And right above it is where it gives you the option to get rid of the virtual keyboard when the physical is open. Not sure how I missed that! Lol
