I was just joking, I sleep like a baby on a log :D no worries :p
I was joking too. I know, no one loses sleep over a cell phone. Well, maybe a BlackBerry...
Can you really put 7 shortcuts on the screen?
The Priv simulator, (posted in another forum), does not show the 'dots' underneath any of the apps. What gives?

It has 'pop up widgets' capability from what I understanding
Ah, I get it. Thanks.

This thing is pretty sweet. I can't believe I actually want one now. Still not convinced that it won't be a Google data mining device, but it sure is a pretty 'dangling carrot'.

Just wait till people have got the phone in their hands, you will soon see a few moths flying out of some wallets,
Passport to heaven..
I slept like a log last night, woke up in the fireplace..
Passport to heaven..
I had been all in, but I am starting to back off. Google controlled and the price. Maybe have to PU a used BB PP until the new BB based slider comes out. Hopefully!
So rooting is a no go guaranteed / confirmed?
And does virtual keyboard have swipe up to put a word and swipe left to delete? Same with PKB?
Thanks.

Yes same as BlackBerry 10 virtual keyboard
Let's put it this way.
Root this phone, and win a job.

Did you see the LED notification ??? Because when I checked the Telus simulators, I didn't see it show up :( that's very sad.
I mentioned earlier I didnt see one at all.
But maybe it's hidden like the prox sensor.

Considering the official Priv cases have cut outs for the LED I'm pretty sure it will be there.

It would be the only reason that this BlackBerry made by BlackBerry running android would actually no longer be a BlackBerry

I saw in one of the pics you shared that there are 7 shortcuts on the screen. I presume that is the maximum number you may have per row right?
If that is the case than it's superb, it means they are taking advantage of the large resolution as on my previous G3 you could have only 5 if I remember correctly.
Has it got the same music player as BB10 or a new Android version also has it got BB10 browser cuz I'm on android now and nothing beats the blackberry browser.
Thanks
