But maybe it's hidden like the prox sensor.

Considering the official Priv cases have cut outs for the LED I'm pretty sure it will be there.

I saw in one of the pics you shared that there are 7 shortcuts on the screen. I presume that is the maximum number you may have per row right?
If that is the case than it's superb, it means they are taking advantage of the large resolution as on my previous G3 you could have only 5 if I remember correctly.
