but be wary, the market wont tell u these

1. STV100-1 (wireless charging) or STV100-3 (non wireless charging), price for STV100-1 is cheaper. Go for STV100-3 if you are willing to purchase the 600k Samsung portable wireless charger in the future.

2. Noticed the prices changes, is due to our currency exposure against other basket. I reckon IDR will go stronger in the coming weeks, perhaps early of 2016

3. John Chen said last week that the BlackBerry Priv is getting a price cut in February as new phones such as Samsung Galaxy S7 is coming out, so its definitely before 25th February 2016.

On a personal note, 10.6 is a very good pricing, as assuming price they purchased at USD 649 (US Retail Price, source technewstoday dot com), convertible to IDR 8.9mill plus at least a chargeable 35% of levies, duties and taxes etc, that will inflate the price up to around IDR 12 mill (assuming they used legal couriers such as DHL etc, which of course we know it did not happen).

Speaking about Windows, their Surface Pro 4 apart from its pricing, looks like a beast in the making.

I reckon that is why our Blackberry Indonesia is only releasing them in early 2016 as I feel introducing it now at such a high price might be unattractive to our market at this point. Priv has a niche segment that has been growing in its absence. I really do hope they decrease it by a big margin as well. With that in mind, the current price of IDR 10.6 mill will see a huge reduction coming into mid Q1 2016.

Parah sekarang rupiah lemah banget terhadap USD. T.T Orang Indo juga skrg dikit banget yg mau pake BlackBerry. Menurut saya harga yang pas kira2 10,5 juta, maks 12. Kalau lebih pasti susah jual. Gak boleh sama mahal sama Samsung dan iPhone.

Versi model yang dijual di Indo yang mana ya? Ada yang tau kalau yang dijual di Malay versi mana? Mungkin sama dengan versi Malay.

Wondering if the other colours are going to be released soon too other than black since some preview has come out as well.

Cheap. I just got back from Singapore but haven't got a chance to check. I bought an IPad Pro instead which costs about the same as Priv few weeks ago. Still need a Hub and bb10. Android is to difficult and unreliable for work.
