I love being able to peek to the hub and also swipe up to leave apps. Or just swipe up to see what notifications I have. So from the leaks, am I to assume that that will not be a part of BlackBerry anymore?

These gestures are possible on other touch screens. We will have to wait and see what skin BB uses.

Peek not peak. Peak means apex or summit. Peek means a sneaky look.

Hey guys, no idea how anyone missed this...

Of course the android will be gesture based. Do you see any capacitive buttons or a home button? nope.. you don't. You know why? Because you'll be able to double tap to wake, slide right from any home screen to go into the HUB. maybe even slide up and right from an app as well...

All the 'leaked' renders have the standard Adenoid Lollipop's 3 icons for navigation at the bottom of the screen...

I forgot about the double tap to wake. Not all manufactures have it but I know the one plus one and the Xperia z3 does as well.

I realize that, but just like the LG G3/G4 have tap to wake, and the HUB has been confirmed..

I think the peek will exist - because it is a dual curve screen if you swipe from the edge than you see all notifications.
And flow won't be there i think

I hope they optimize the curved screen by putting the "peak" notifications there. That would technically replace the need for peak.

NO It will not, seems S6 sold you on that feature. BB10 peek as you know gives you a quick look into more information than the gimmick samsung s6

Here is some other possible crackpot theory from left field. John Chen stated that he would only run Android if he could make it secure. Now that either means the have found a way to make it secure. Or is it possible that Blackberry is running a full Android GUI with a QNX backbone?

Blackberry 10 already has an Android runtime. Instead of just a runtime now make it the primary system a top QNX? And maybe they have struck a deal to incorporate google services?

Basically a QNX based Android vs a Linux based Android.

Here is another one from the bleachers. What if Android 6.0 Marshmallow is actually QNX based?

Android and the Linux foundation have had their differences and issues.

The aim of DroidBerry is to get official sanction for Google apps and services. Any hybrid approach would be shot down. QNX is a microkernel and you just can't swap out the Linux kernel with it as Linux kernel contains functions and drivers that QNX does not. Also most Android exploits have nothing to do with the kernel so how is QNX suppose to help there?
