I have. Priv STV100-4. Being using Jio SIM for last 3 months in an urban area. However recently being to a rural area with limited network and suddenly lost all network on Jio.

On other hand my wife using Motorola phone has good Jio signals.

Been looking into the Jio support and found that STV100-3 is reported compatible with network.

There might be some problem with your JIO connectivity because i'm using Jio since november and it's working flawlessly..
Make sure you have updated your priv to latest update..make sure you jio service is active..keep preferred network type mode as LTE/HSPA/UTMS and IMPS Settings Connected (IMS and VoLTE on)
