Hello,
From yesterday I don't get any emails in my hub from my gmail business and my iCloud account. Before it works perfect. I tried many ways to solve it, I delete my gmail settings and install it again but still not solved. But I still can send emails with my hub only don't receive any emails. Any idea how to solve it ? Thanks very in advance

Exactly the same here for my office365 account. A full day without email. I can sent but it just sends after 30 mins.

Seems than it is a problem of the hub, hope blackberry will solve it soon

Try this...

Go to setting, accounts, top right hand corner the three dots, click on it and make sure auto sync data is checked.

I too had the same issue out of the blue starting yesterday and able to resolved it by doing that. For odd reason, it got turned off...and I believe the hub developer team is investigating the cause of that.

Do you use any sort of battery optimizer app?

I'd also check settings - accounts - hub - problem accounts and make sure the messages toggle is ON

I don't use a battery optimizer.

And the message toggle is on
