    Hi all. After the lasta update it's impossible send any email from the Hub: app crash...never happened in 4 years. Pse fix it. Now I unistalled all updates and I'm working in "emergency" mode...but it's very hard. Hoping in a quick fix, a big ciao from Italy, in full lockdown for virus...

    You're the only one to bring this up, so I don't think it's the update.

    Reinstall the apps and try again - both HUB+ Services and Inbox.

    I received and installed all the BlackBerry Beta Hub app updates and all 3 of my GMail accounts are sending and receiving emails without issue through the Hub.

    I too have this issue.
    Only happens on 1 account. My main gmail account.
    My 2 outlook accounts, other gmail account and my 365 work account does not have this issue.
    If I reply to emails (especially ones I have to do a remote search to find. As soon as I start typing inbox reloads and saves a blank draft. If I open the draft to start over same thing happens.

    This happened to me when I went to check my e-mails today. The app would crash and no amount of rebooting, shutting down the app or clearing cache to restore the hub's function.

    Not terribly useful for those of us that want an integrated e-mail and messaging app.

    Tried to go back to factory version of the hub, but clicking on the app forced me to reinstall the updates. Could get Hotmail / Outlook back on after I had deleted all the accounts, but the e-mail content won't load, just the list of e-mails. When I went to add back a GMail account, things were worse as I could not even get the list of e-mails to load. The PRIV simply hung on the process of downloading the e-mails without actually downloading them.

    Gone to factory Hub and Services. after downloaded from aptoide apk of Hub and Services of november 2019 and now all is going great. i've 7 accounts, gmail, yahoo, hotmail and so on. no problem at all. keep me informed and good luck

    Gave it a go, but there wan't any improvement. I ended up going back to factory for both the inbox app and BlackBerry hub+ services. Then updated the apps from the Google PlayStore. Added the e-mail accounts back in and it all works fine now.

    57662 it's the correct version of Hub+Services that you need. factory version and after install apk of 57662 version. keep me informed. ciaoooo

    Don't forget to disable auto-updates for the app afterward.

    Edit: With the new updates of Jun 4th, many have reported that the issue has been resolved.

    And so far so good. Seems issues resolved!

    There was another update May 25 Version 2.2021.2.7072

    And in 2019 total updates: 5

    Seems BlackBerry is supporting. Let's hope it continues....

    The rest of the updates were betas leading up to the production release - which is a normal procedure.

    The June 4th hotpatch only exists to fix the disastrous May 25th release.
