Still trying orient myself to this new OS, but I can't figure out how to update the apps already on the device. I realised the HUB needed updating as it didn't have the pinch feature, but it wasn't listed under my apps in the playstore. Eventually I searched for it in the playstore and found it with an update notification, so I clicked it and it updated.
Why isn't it and other apps not listed under my apps and do I have to search for them individually to update each?

It depends on where you bought your Priv. If you have a Verizon model then a lot of the BlackBerry apps won't update since you need to be on android 6.0 and not 5.1.1

Sometimes, the first time you update a pre-installed app, you have to look for it in the playstore and update manually. Search for "BlackBerry Limited" and check the apps in that result set.

You can open the Playstore and search for "Blackberry Limited" and it will show all of the apps included as well as some other apps that seem to be related including the Crackberry app.

You will probably want to scroll that list and find the MicroSoft one related to exfat drivers and install that - for use with larger sd-cards.

Installing that driver will not hurt anything. I don't recall if it was 64gb or 128gb that definitely needed the driver.
