I have ModelSTV100-3, Android 6.0.1. My battery all of a sudden started dying very fast and so I uninstalled and disabled as much as I could - I later traced it to the outlook.com app but by that time I had deleted the touchscreen keyboard (I can live without it) but the physical keyboard remaining doesn't allow me use the hold-down for capital letters or the double space for periods. I looked for a solution and tried downloading a keyboard, but this did not solve the problem and I was referred to where i bought the phone (Bell) where most staff know nothing about the Blackberry - help!
