Attached is a photo of what I use to charge my PRIV every day. The solar panels charge up the battery inside the backpack. Then, I can use the battery to recharge all my devices, specifically the PRIV. Real wireless charging, aside from the USB cable from the battery to PRIV, lol...

It charges my device really fast and it charges while in use, doing whatever I want with it.



It also charges all of my peripherals like Bluetooth speakers and headphones, portable 1TB wireless hard drive, my tablet, and VITA.

Yeah, I'm pretty stoked on this kit. Works great. When I'm at home I place the panels in the window from dawn til dusk, lots of sunshine. Or, just wear it outside and it's charging while I'm riding my bike around town.

Self sufficiency was the goal behind buying this product. It's a fantastic way to charge devices. I incorporated it into my life in order to simply have a sustainable way to charge up and it works well. I guess it's 'greener' than the grid, not much, but it's a step in the right direction.

I bought a really cheap solar panel battery, but it is terrible and actually makes a high pitched constant squeall when its in the sunlight. Kinda like the noise those disposable cameras made when charging up the flash... but constant and louder. I think I'm just going to recycle it because I'm honestly afraid of the battery exploding or something. You get what you pay for I suppose.
