Hmmm, interesting picture, especially since I was watching the entire race - including the podium interviews and Lewis no longer has Blonde hair... so wonder when the picture was actually taken - definitely not today when he clinched the World Championship in Austin TX..

But either way, excellent drive, excellent race (especially the weather conditions over the weekend) and congrats to the entire Mercedes AMG/Blackberry team and of course to our World Champion Driver !!!

Yup, loved all the pictures of the Blackberry Logo all over the place, including the cars, and Toto Wolfe smiling wearing his Blackberry headphones when Lewis took the lead over Rosberg... I just hope the sponsorship continues past the 2015 season...

My son and I religiously watch these races, even getting up at 0600 on a Sunday morning to watch the races live in the US - We actually could have gone to the Austin track this weekend for the race, but things came up, and with the weather doing what it did on Fri/Sat, it was ok, until we saw the race today and both of us said "man, we should have gone anyway...."

Did I miss something? Oz? The thread was opened with a picture that can't be accurate due to Lewis Hamilton's hair color and that was what I was pointing out - as much as I would love to have seen LH holding a Priv after his win today.

LOL I misunderstood. I thought you mean't you got up this am at 6, to watch the race live. That would have placed you in Australia (referred to as OZ around the world) and OZ beat Argentina today in the Rugby World Cup semi-final... all very simple

Understood, but no, I am in the DC area of the US, when I stated that we get up at 0600 that is for the races in Europe (sometimes they are broadcast live at 0300 depending on where they are racing) - this was at a normal time of 1500 here, and it was quite the enjoyable race - especially since my son was rooting (no pun intended with that word) for Rosberg and I for LH - that is until we both saw Rosberg's somewhat childish reactions to LH after the race end even more so during the interviews when my 18 year old son proclaimed "yeah, that was kinda a D*ckish comment..."

Thanks and I agree, and maybe just maybe Rosberg didn't know or see the cameras when he threw the hat back to LH in the back of the Team area, or maybe he did but didn't care. I have always liked LH better than Rosberg for the simple fact of how they both come across to the fans as well as the general public. I have always thought that Rosberg was extremely arrogant no matter if he won or didn't. I also believe (and conveyed this to my son today) the LH is indeed a better driver, as was shown when Rosberg made that "driver error" by going off line with 2-3 laps to go allowing LH to pass him.

All that being said, I do think it was a huge positive in Rosberg's corner that he didn't allow Vettel just to pass him and gain 2nd place thereby not giving LH the Championship - now THAT was a class act.
