Built for Business - Learn more about BlackBerry KEY2

I just bought my PRIV STV100-1 a few weeks ago directly from an AT&T store after turning in my Classic. It came with the build mentioned above and MM 6.0.1. I am on the AT&T network. I've gone into Settings ---> About Phone ---> System Updates ---> Check for updates and it says my phone is up to date. I've done this up several times a day. I know there are later build updates (AAG667 December 5 for example). How do I get these updates? Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

(Don't get me going about the "No Service" issue)

Why do we need to do this? Why are the OTA updates not arriving on our phones?

AT&T updates are wonky, especially for devices that aren't on the AT&T network, but even for devices that are on AT&T. Frankly, updating with the autoloader onto the latest update and working from there is easier than dealing with some call center in Bangalore. Incidentally, AAH505 and higher (including AAH667) fix the "No Service" issue.

You could try this one thing first: open the Phone app, then dial *#*#CHECKIN#*#* (*#*#2432546#*#*), then check for updates. Might work, might not.

Thanks. I got a "Check In Succeeded" message. I need to check for updates in 6 hours though. Won't let me do that now.

You can SOMETIMES bypass the time limitation by Manually resetting the date of your device ahread. If it works, reset the time to automatic.

Just wanted to update. All worked. I'm at AH667 now. Thanks so much.

Did you do it through the autoloader or through the check update on the phone?

I did it through the check update. I personally avoided the whole autoloader route.

It's incredulous "customer support" here is so much clearer, concise, than what BlackBerry offers.

Unfortunately, mine is still on AAF355. Never could get it to upgrade and don't know why, and I want to avoid using the autoloader at this point. The check-in never worked for me either. My second Priv upgraded without a hitch though. Bought them both at the same time, but one is being the evil twin brother.

When I do the check-in routine, nothing happens. The digits just disappear and there's no response. Does anyone know why it would do that? Is there a setting somewhere?
