I do. How do I get all my Outlook365 contact subfolders to sync like they did on all previous devices including the Classic? I'm only getting the main contacts folder, not folders beneath. Thanks...

Wow. That's a good question.
Is your Live account setup as EAS (Exchange Active Sync) type? If so, you could try to remove and re-add the Live account in Outlook. Then you need to restart the computer and check if this helped.

If not, go to the Outlook data file location and temporarily move Offline folder file (:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\*.os t) associated with your Live account. Open your desktop Outlook and check if it starts to sync with Outlook365. After this close your Outlook and remove the newly created .ost file and put the original .ost file back in place. It worked for me once, but created few duplicated contacts.

There's another way for syncing Outlook data with Blackberry Priv, but it leads to moving away from cloud. If you have all the data backed up on your PC or a laptop you could use AkrutoSync to sync Outlook between PC and Priv via WiFi. Most likely it allows to sync contact subfolders. You could check details here:
