    I'm getting a bit tired of my voicemail I set it up on my iPhone before switching to BlackBerry Priv so I'm new to this. Help would be nice. Thanks!!

    well I don't know who your carrier is but for me I have to go through Verizon and set it up there

    Your voice mail is by the carrier, every carrier is different. The device you are using has nothing to do with it.
    Though if it's a carrier phone, the carrier may have put some kind of VM app on it.

    As mentioned, personal greetings are handled through the carrier's voice mail app. I have Visual Voice Mail with AT&T and under settings you open up "greetings" and there are 3 options.
