Go to Chrome and click on the 3 dots and select "Settings", then go to "Autofill forms". It shows all my previous addresses and credit card information (I don't even know how google got them as I don't recall I had ever given them to Google).

Anyways, I tried to delete these addresses and credit cards by logging into google and finally it looks like everything has been deleted from my account. But when I back up to the main Settings menu, and choose "Autofill forms", and WTH, they're still there! Logging into my account again, and I am pretty sure nothing is there. Address list and payment info are all blank. But why they are still appearing in the Settings menu in Chrome?

Unable to include the link to google support, but heres the info.
    Clear all your Autofill entries
    Open Chrome.
In the top right, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu.
Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
In the box that appears, check Autofill form data.
Choose how much information you want to delete.
To clear everything, choose "the beginning of time."
    Click Clear browsing data.

    Delete an Autofill entry
In the top right, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu.
Click Settings > Show advanced settings.
Under "Passwords and forms," click Manage Autofill settings.
In the box that appears, select the entry you'd like to delete from the list.
At the end of the row, click X.
If you added a Google Payments card, you can manage this information in Google Payments.

    Delete saved text

If you find a certain piece of saved text while filling out a form, you can delete it on the page.

Choose the text in the dropdown list using the arrows on your keyboard.
    Delete it:
    Windows: Press Shift+Delete
    Mac: Press Shift+fn+Delete

    In addition,
    Android phones and tablets-
    Touch the Chrome menu More.
    Touch Settings > Autofill forms.
Touch the entry you want to edit.
To edit the information, touch the field you want to change.
When you're done, go to the bottom right corner of the screen, then touch Save.
Cards and addresses saved in Payments show up in forms only when youre signed in to Chrome and you have a Payments account.
