    i think you need a third party app for that. Otherwise go to settings/device/sound and notification

    For emails, go into the hub, then settings. Click on each email account and you will have an option to choose a notification Color. For other Apps such as SMS, whatsapp, BBM, Facebook etc, you need to go into each app itself and check them notification settings within the app. If the app developer has given the option you set it from there. If the app doesn't have the option then you can't change the Color without a 3rd part notification app.
    I know BMM, whatsapp and the SMS app I use (textra) all have option in their settings to change the LED Color.
