    I have plugged my priv into my pc using usb cable and it doesn't show up. I'm trying to put more music onto my priv.

    Try connect to BlackBerry link first, open link

    It will show up if you download the drivers from BlackBerry. If your device is password protected, it needs to be unlocked too.
