You might check the link again. I believe that the ORANGE TEXT at the very top is the download link and seemed to have just worked. But downloading is all I did - I have not attempted to run/install it.

Now I just have to get vysor installed (failing at the moment... stalls at "checking")
I also tried mymobiler but i think because I am currently VPN into work and on different subnet on my PC it wont see my device while plugged in.

so it wont find my device at home but at work I didnt even need to install any drivers. They were already installed on my PC (Also Win10). installed vysor app, enabled debug and connected.
But I do notice my Device Manager has 2 items:
BlackBerry Android Device
> BlackBerry Android Composite ADB Interface
> BlackBerry Auth Composite Interface
where my home PC only has the 2nd one
