    I have the following case:
    Resetet BB Priv
    No SIM
    No WiFi

The question is how to bypass the initial setup wizzard?
I tried by tapping the screen from top-left/right then bottom-right/left, but this not works.

    Thanks,
    - Mike

I'm not sure that it can be done. Where did you find those Tappiing corners info?

Can't you find a Public Wifi somewhere nearby?

Well, you have to set the language up but after that you can skip the rest (setting up wifi, signing in with Google account, restoring backups, transferring content)

That's true, but not possible in the above scenario. If you don't have any Internet Connection you can't pass through that step and to skip the rest.
So, the steps are like that:
    1. Language
    2. SIM
    3. WiFi
Step 2 is skipped if you have a SIM inside, but you can't pass Step 3 if you don't initiate any data connection. The Skip > button is inactive.

That's why I am looking for some cheats in order to skip the whole process.

If you have another phone, with or without Internet, maybe you could set up a mobile hot spot? The wifi connection would then be present even if it isn't working. You could do the same with a laptop using a third party hotspot app.

Your best bet is to find a working SIM and/or a WiFi network, really.

Ya I had this same issue with an iphone 4s. I use it as my ipod. In order to use it I need a sim card for some reason. So dumb. I can't be bothered to find a pin n do that annoying swap. Blargh
