My PRIV was down to 5% when I went to bed so I plugged it into the charger (normally I use the wireless method). When I woke up, the home screen icons were all gone and had been replaced by the 2nd screen icons. What had been the 3rd screen became the 2nd.

Anybody know what caused this? Should I do a factory reset?

I have current software and July security.

Recently. I added the Samsung Gear app to support my Samsung Gear S3.

Yes. No change. I found all the missing icons ( without the groups I had set up) in the BlackBerry launcher. It is as if the entire page had been erased at once.

I have now reconstructed the home page similar to the way it was.

This is an AT&T phone but about a month ago I did a factory reset because of many errors and hangs. That reset did not reinstall the AT&T blistered but loaded it up with Google stuff.
