Had the same issue, visible on 7, but not 10. I turned the WiFi off for several minutes, then turned it back on using net work settings and the Priv hotspot was showing. Good luck.

    Enjoying the Priv

Just tried this out of necessity, as TWC is out here for now. My W10 desktop would show the priv Hotspot for half a second then drop it, while all other devices around could connect. I'm not at a time or place to do more testing, just confirming OP.

    PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!
Summarizing my issue, I have 5 Dell XPS notebooks running Windows 10 Pro. and non of them would connect to my PRIV Hotspot. After several hours with Tech support (Blackberry, Microsoft, and Dell). It turned out to be the Broadcom 1560 Driver for Windows 10; we downgraded the Driver to Windows 8.1 and that solved the problem. Below is the link for the driver if anyone else runs into this issue.
