Eh? They've been on there for nearly 10 years. Are you just now finding this?

This is brand New news. Check it out on Twitter. They've closed the old forum and you lose your old messages, and they've opened a new one.

I'm not sure what you're referring to. You linked directly to their page, nothing specific. The old support forum was closed months ago. - https://crackberry.com/psa-official-...ers-crackberry and anything new is for their Enterprise users or simply a fresh coat of paint on already existing pages.

In my brain I might've mixed up two pieces of news!! The Twitter one that says there is support for its phones such as the PRiv and the Dtek series and this:

"We have now re-launched a new version of the forums that perform as expected. However, your previous posting to the forums is no longer accessible.

To access the new forums via BlackBerry MyAccount, please follow these steps:

    Login to BlackBerry MyAccount (https://myaccount.blackberry.com)
Visit the BlackBerry Support Community (https://support.blackberry.com/community/s/)
Choose your Product area, and select Discussion Forum tab
Post your Update or ask a Poll Question

We will continue to improve the features and functionality of the Product Forums over time and hope to foster a community of BlackBerry Support customers able to assist others with their knowledge and experience.

    Thanks again for your support.

Yeah, there's literally nothing new there. All just recycled news. The biggest change is the semi-new design of their support page. - https://www.blackberry.com/ca/en/support Aside from some directing of traffic, the BlackBerry Help account itself is made up of largely automated tweets, often at times directing to old, outdated content.
