Hi All

My BB priv was perfectly working fine. Over the past few days, I am not able to see any screen, when there is an incoming call.

I have to come out whatever i am doing to the home screen, then click on dialling button, and click on touch in progress to see who is calling.

Any solutions, please advise.

Is there anything on the screen of your phone or screen guard which can hinder the path of the proximity sensor? Some screen guard comes with out the cut for the proximity sensor, this can alter the sensor to work efficiently.

If you have screen guard on the screen clean it properly. Some times poor quality screen guard can alter the efficient working of the proximity sensor in if the problem still persist with the phone then there might be some software problem.

Download the BlackBerry Virtual Expert in the Play Store and see if the proximity sensor passes the test

First, as already suggested, try using the BlackBerry Virtual Expert and make sure everything passes.

Second, do you happen to have any third-party phone app(s) installed?
