I just got a new PRIV yesterday as I sold my other one to a friend. I signed up for this right away. It's $5 a month and $129 deductible if needed. I'm in Canada so that's in Canadian dollars.

After searching for a number to call, I finally made the claim over the phone. She canceled the other one and now I am getting a new phone but it's carrier locked. She said the unlocked phones were refirbs

I got the new phone via fedex today, 1 day later than promised. I know I read somewhere the difference in the part numbers "Prd-60027-008" ect, but can't remember for the life of me where. So if someone can assist in that, it would be greatly appreciated. The original phone was PRD-60027-008 and this one is PRD-60027-009. Any light on the differences in model numbers would be great. Thanks. Oh and I have not switched over yet.
