Like the title says, have you had luck getting to talk to someone at the assistance number they provided when you bought your Priv? I have been trying for 4 days now at different times with no luck what so ever. I get 1 ring (sometimes it doesn't even ring) on the phone then nothing, no voice recording, no cheesy music, just quiet. I'm in Canada. Pretty sad to give a number for assistance and it doesn't work.
I'm on the phone now, took 5 minutes 1-877-255-2377.this is a support number I found online at Blackberry

Thanks I'll try that number instead. The phone number they gave me on my card from my PRIV is 1-866-533-8067 and it hasn't worked once.

I've spoken with them a couple of times. I used the number on the card and had no issue getting through.
I have also found them very responsive - even called me back several days later to make sure my problem was resolved
