    i had the MM update on Bell and then it was going to restart to install but it was stuck turning In circles so I Rebooted my phone. But when It turned back on the update is gone.. Any explanations??

    Multiple threads about this. You should have left alone during OS update. Never touch phone until it is done or prompts for lock screen password. Never

    It was ridiculous how long my phone froze like this... mine spun for 20 min

    Call 18665338067 this is the blackberry support number, they were really good! I had the EXACT issue, same carrier and everything, now after that short call I am rocking 6.0

    Open Settings > Apps > All

    Locate Google Services Framework

    Click Clear Cache, Clear Data, then Force Stop

    Restart your device then check for the update again

    The steps SLFF posted are correct and here is the link to the BlackBerry knowledge base article... BlackBerry PRIV appears to have frozen during reboot upon upgrade from Android 5.0 Lollipop to Android 6.0 Marshmallow
