    I just noticed that Google Play Store runs in dark- or night mode on my Priv.

    Now that I'm know of, is there is a way to switch between light and dark mode through settings within the Google Play Store app?

    There is no toggle for it, it's enabled by using your system-wide settings. Do you have night mode or dark mode enabled elsewhere? If so, disable it and your Play Store should turn white again.

    Oh okay, no toggle. Yes I saw it yesterday evening once on my Priv device at night time, AM (European Time Zone, Amsterdam GMT etc) and Google Play Store app version for the Priv is up-to-date. Although it goes automatically.

    Wanna dark mode on a Priv? Disable Google Play Store and then download and install Aurora from F-Droid. That app has had dark mode for quite some time.

    Here, I have proof of the three posted screenshots which are made of my Priv device today.

    Although the GPS app has Dutch Language.

    I guess Dark- or Night mode will only enable through your own selected timezone between evening, mid-night and after mid-night automatically.

    My european timezone = GMT Amsterdam, Brussels etc.

    I from Rio/Brasil and received also the dark mode update in my Priv on PlayStore app. I Luv it! 😍

    The Priv is being mis-identified as an Android 10 device that is set on system-wide dark mode.

    There really isn't anything you can do about it until/if Google fixes it.

    My BlackBerry Launcher through menu settings plus the theme color selected is dark (as always) and I didn't switch to light.

    And now the Playstore and Instagram has light mode enabled who runs automatically.

    I can confirm that has something to do with the selected Timezone.

    European Timezome: GMT Amsterdam, Brussels, etc..

    Light Mode enables on GPS and IG on PM (Meaning : It starts between morning, mid-noon and afternoon ).

    Yes, in the beginning, i had just the dark mode, but since today it's automatic. Sorry but i didn't shoot the white mode. It's seems pretty cool even if there's no option possibility.

    I'd lost the dark mode because of some issues in my phone, and after the factory reset, I'd lost the dark color. is there a way to get it again ?

    After i have download an app called Dark Mode i have to dark mode on Playstore. i don't see any toggle in Playstore.
