anybody have this issue?
seems like every time I need to use my maps, it shows I'm at the last location that I tried to use it at...
rebooting doesn't help.
then when I try another time, it'll show up at the last location

when i use Google Maps on my Android it immediately goes to where I am right now. Is your GPS working properly on your phone??

I had a similar issue, but I my Google Maps works perfectly on my warranty replacement device. Sounds like you need a replacement as well.

Download Blackberry Virtual Expert and run the gps test. Also, there's an app called GPS Status which shows more info.

If you have not used the gps in a while or have moved location, it can take time to relocate you. It has to zero in on satellites and that can take more than a minute or two. Also, sometimes it needs an open view of the sky (so it can "see" those satellites). For instance it will not find me inside my wood frame out. Nor will it find you inside a parking garage. Now, sometimes the phone will use other info it has to generally locate you by, say, using cell tower triangulation.
