If I do a factory reset will the HUB and inbox revert back to the original version or will it keep the recent update in spite of the factory reset?
I love my PRIV and having an actual keyboard but can't do any email.
Any help would be appreciated!

Uninstall the new version of HUB+ Services, and then load this one:
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/blackb...-apk-download/
You may lose your Notes and Tasks if they are not being synced with an Exchange account.
That is amazing. Problem is when I did all that and I go to install the apk download I get a message that says the app was not installed? Any additional advice?
You have to uninstall the old one first.
Of course - I should have realized that! Your solution worked perfectly!
I am back in business and I don't have to give up my PRIV.
Thank you so much for your expertise!
Don't forget to disable auto-updates for the HUB+ Services app in Play Store.
Hello. I am having the same problem. Since yesterday the 4 email addresses linked to my Hub (on my Priv) have stopped functioning. If I uninstall and reinstall Hub services as per above, will I lose all my old emails and messages? Will it be like starting all over again? Also, how to I uninstall it? I just tried to deactivate it on Play and it said "This app is a device administrator and must be deactivated before uninstalling". Any help gratefully received as I desperately want to get my phone working properly again. Thanks.
I have to try this solution out for my Priv device.
I can't send and receive e-mails. That's the whole issue that I'm facing at the moment.

Yes, you will lose all your old e-mails and messages. It will be like starting all over again, but your e-mails should come back. Check your sync settings when you start adding the e-mail accounts back to your Priv. If in doubt, screenshot all your e-mail settings before deleting the accounts so that you can set everything back up exactly how you had it.
Be careful, folks, that you don't lose data! If you can't send or receive e-mail, your account is probably not syncing, which means that any e-mail drafts you created or updated or any Notes you created or updated probably will be deleted when you remove your accounts. Make sure that you copy and paste stuff before deleting your accounts if you notice that stuff wasn't synced with your server.
Also, if you clear data in or uninstall BlackBerry Hub+ Services, any local notes and local tasks (and maybe local contacts too) will be lost forever unless you backed them up with BlackBerry Content Transfer. So back then up first and don't forget that you have to go back to BlackBerry Content Transfer and restore them after you're done.
Thanks for your advice. Doing this does make me a bit nervous! Do you think there is any chance the issue will be fixed at source? I do recall some other updates in the past that caused issues were corrected in a day or two? Just trying to work out if it's worth waiting it out and seeing if it gets sorted out.
Is it just Hub+Services that needs replacing or do I need all the other apps (Contacts, Notes, etc) as all of these have been updated as well.
Also in the Play Store app the option is to deactivate Hub+Services not to uninstall.
You may well be right about waiting it out. On the other hand, if only older devices are affected, who knows if they'll do the responsible thing and fix your issues in a timely manner.
conite was probably trying to suggest that you uninstall updates. So yes, deactivate first if that's what you have to do, but it probably makes more sense to find the app and do that in your device settings, not the Play Store.
The option is there to uninstall. Tap on "app details".
You only need to replace HUB+ Services as I suggested.
So, they seem to have fixed it! I just went in to the Hub+Services app and saw there was an update. I downloaded, restarted and all my emails are coming back! Phew.
So what is now the current version of BlackBerry Hub Suite?

Sync interval: 5 minutes.
Sync time frame: 90 days.
This is for my GMail app.
Do you use Outlook / Hotmail as well? If so, what are your choices?
I use 7 e-mailaccounts via IMAP server of Outlook/Hotmail.

I don't, sorry.
I would still use my suggestions (5 / 90) for your most active account. It's important to me to have the backwards sync that the 5 minute interval provides - as I'm constantly jumping between devices.
30 minutes / 30 days is probably a more reasonable setup for less critical accounts.
Thank you for your expertise and advise.

They fixed it with an update! No need for workarounds anymore. Thanks to the developers for the quick response to the problems we were facing. Everything works fine again.
is anyone having problems on Key 2 with the new Hub updates?
