    Wrong. Google and Adobe stopped supporting Flash since 4.3. You could sideload the Flash APK, but based on my experience it doesn't work well, and you need alternate browsers.

    You are correct, but so is Usman, as there are a number of ways to make it work. The old Flash (v11) plugin hack still works on many browsers, and Photon Browser (and Puffin, and others) is an Android browser that can stream current-version (v19) Flash content.
