Fix for "USA band" selection issue !

No more replacement need !

Go to Settings > Security > Screen lock, change it to None, then restart the phone.

Then via ADB and fastboot:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot reboot

You can now reenable your security options.

Happy end !

I've heard lots about erasing those partitions, IMEIs getting wiped and phones permabricked. Proceed with caution.

This fix was provided by Blackberry support team after a long discussion withh them and they agreed to disclose this information so I consider this way pretty safe

I run on adb and type those command and it saying " <waiting for any device> and I wait like forever.
Is something wrong?

when you plug in the phone select file transfer for the mode, not just charging (or enable debugging during charging in the developer screen.). When you plug it in you should get a pop-up on the phone asking if that computer should have debugging access - select yes.

as per your advice 1st step done(adb reboot bootloader), after that when i type fastboot erase modemst1, and it saying " <waiting for any device> and I wait like forever.
