    In case you need to transfer text messages from a previous android device to the priv blackberry content transfer just updated and now you can transfer up to 3500 texts not sure about mms though works fast and simple...

    SMS Backup & Restore Pro (not sure if you need Pro) will backup & restore SMS & MMS, I believe an unlimited number. I've got over 35K and never had a problem.

    Absolutely stupid app!!! Wish they updated the app when they launched the PRIV! NONE of my information transferred over!!!

    I agree I had to email myself the important texts sheesh so simple to do it right like Samsung smartswitch

    Also used this app on android phones for many years and works great
    Even used it to restore the bb10 backup (made with another app on bb10)
    20k+ sms

    I know...it's only about 20% of what I'd like to transfer. (smh) There has to be another option.
