I'm trying to setup a factory UNlocked Priv running MM similar to my Verizon Lollipop Priv. I generally use Firefox for browsing. I have an html file that contains links to my favorite sites. I have it as my Homepage and also a bookmark in Firefox. It works in the Lollipop version. It fails in the MM version. I have tried it stored in both Internal Memory and on the sd-card. The following is the reference for Firefox:

    file:///storage/emulated/0/Documents/BlackBerry.html

That's the Internal Memory file and its location. It opens the file and I can click on links and it takes me to the various sites under Lollipop. Here's what it looks like:

file:/// reference url works in Lollipop but not MM-screenshot_20161012-210316.jpg

But under MM I get the following error screen:

file:/// reference url works in Lollipop but not MM-screenshot_20161012-185624.jpg

I am also seeing a strange reference to the location - kind of a hexidecimal value as opposed to "storage/emulated....."

Any insight appreciated. Is there a special permission or something else?
