It seems odd to me feeling of the screen of the passport is completely different from the feeling of the screen of the crib. Both of them are unlocked purchased from Blackberry and USA version not carrier designated. Is there a difference in the application of the oleophobic coding comma the actual glass manufacturer, or what?

Yes that's because they ARE different. The Passport actually has a more durable surface

Why would you expect them to feel the same? One screen is fixed and one is on a slider.

I refer here to the actual tactile sensation of the finger on the glass and not to the stability or lack thereof or clicking on other complaints discussed elsewhere.

My priv will be here tomorrow. I'll try to report back if things feel weird compared to my Q10. I tried the PP and didn't really feel any difference between the screens so it should be a similar comparison.

The curved glass vs the flat glass could create a difference in feel subconsciously.

How can this be true? Doesn't the Passport come with GG3 and the Priv GG4?

My impression is it's more about how the finger feels when sliding along or swiping on the glass.

To my experience the feeling of the glass of the screen is different to every single phone I have tried. So no surprise in this

My priv feels "normal" compared to Q10 and my experience with PP. Maybe slightly more "grab" if that makes sense to anyone?
