I've had success in purchasing phones from Swappa. I picked up my mint condition Priv with all original accessories Plus a car charger and case for $370. It's the factory unlocked STV100-1, receives all updates directly from BlackBerry and works on T-Mobile without any issues.

If you see a price under $500 it's an AT&T model.... That's pretty much guaranteed.

Same phone, crippled firmware update process. IMHO every AT&T exec and board member ought to be prosecuted under 15 USC and both be asset stripped to their underwear and rot in prison.

I kind of want a Priv, but like some people, I'm on t-mobile in the U.S., and every "GSM unlocked" Priv for sale I see is the at&t version.

I've had good experiences with Shop BlackBerry and amazon for factory unlocked BlackBerry phones, but the at&t Priv seems to be annoying for people wanting the updates pushed directly by BlackBerry.

That's the same as the US factory unlocked model I'm eyeing. It doesn't have prime, but if I use 2 day shipping to get it to me on time, it would still be cheaper. However, if I'm unlucky and get another version instead, I can't react and would be toast.

Wrong UPC; I just checked it against my Priv box (which is the real deal, black box, factory unit)

Last digits should be 061877. That UPC is AT&T's.

There's a third unknown UPC, sold at Best Buy online only for $369, don't know if this is factory unlocked: 759776399558
