Hi,

Just bought a Priv. The carrier people asked me to please turn on the phone in the store before leaving so we could all make sure the phone works.

Since I wanted to set up the device, I skipped everything before turning it off. Now I am home and want to start all from the beginning, so I can read and put the right options, etc.

So the question is, how can I do a factory reset or a security wipe like I was able to do in BB10.

In settings there should be an option for factory reset in general
