    I don't get notifications sounds for either, sometimes not even a notification for Facebook...

    And as for fb messenger, no notification, sound, or chat head pops up?

    Anyone else having this issue?

    General troubleshooting with apps is to first try clearing the app data and then setting them back up again, see if that sorts it out, if that didn't help, uninstall and reinstall. Can't say I've had issues with either of these apps.

    Well than... it's fixed itself apparently... was doing dishes when all the sudden every message from the past couple days came in... the sounds were going off for about 5 minutes...

    I've turned off notifications in the main app accept for wall posts and replies from friends. Everything else from strangers and news articles are silent and will never appear on phone.
