My Priv suddenly went blank when I woke up and tried to check my emails, even though it showed 100% on the battery. When I put it back on the wireless charger, I only got a symbol on the blank screen that showed a battery with an exclamation point inside of it. Can anyone tell me what that is and if it can be fixed? I don't want to give up my Priv, so any answers or help would be greatly appreciated.

What if you use a wired charger?

The USB port on my Priv hasn't worked for several months so I have been charging through wireless. If the phone can be fixed I will have them take care of that too.

On my laptop, that is a sign of a bad battery.

USB port can be fixed and the battery can be replaced.... it's just how much do you want to put into that phone at this point?
