I'm noticing that at a certain volume level, when talking by phone the ear speaker has a rattle, as though it's blown or vibrating against a nearby component. If I turn the volume down it goes away. Anyone else notice this?

I had not noticed, perhaps you have a defective unit? Contact your vendor about a warranty claim.

Unfortunately I'm getting the rattle/crackle sound on my earpiece when my volume is on max as well.

I called telus this morning and they said because I passed the 15 day mark my only option is to bring it to them and they will give me a loaner phone while mine goes in for repair.

I'm very upset about this. Now I must back up my info and manually enter my contacts into my back up phone....
