    Is this some kind of a bug or joke? Because it's not funny!
    Since the last update DTEK shows the following:

    "You are not using a Blackberry device."

    Adding a photo of the phone and the aforementioned DTEK note.

    P.S.: Restart did nothing...duh...

    A few have experienced this.... even resetting the the OS doesn't always fix it.

    There will probable be a patch soon to address it.

    This worked on my BB Priv (STV100-4):

    (1) Turn on airplane mode
    (2) Restart phone
    (3) Turn off airplane mode
    (4) Open DTEK and check status

    I found it posted by BB Limited on Google Play (which I was checking for any updates to DTEK), and it seems it was already re-posted on some other CrackBerry forum threads - but I guess it cannot hurt to help fellow tormented souls by repeating it here.

    The same for me. I had the error after the last update. I cleared the cache, did a 32 second restart, no more problem. This really basic stuff, and helps a lot of issues. It is kind of standard practice for me after updates.
