Clear the cache, mostly it helps...
Seems it's starting again...

So if clean cache, 32 second restart, does not help, just wait for an DTEK update and ignore, or factory reset phone.
Quite often FR is not needed. I see that ridiculous message sometimes as well. An ordinary phone reboot fixes it 100%, if you did nothing special to the OS by your own hands (USB debug) or using some nasty app (check my posts about DTEK60 for more details on soft-bricking that poor BBA100-2).
What version DTEK? The current version is 1.1.10.518.
@Gabello, What device are you using, what OS version is installed, and what version of DTEK is installed?
